Best Time to Visit Berlin

A trip to Berlin can be planned throughout the year as Berlin has a moderately cool and humid climate. Summers in Berlin are comfortable with the temperature rising not more than 25 ° C, whereas winters may get chilly with frequent rain or snowfall. But not to worry as it doesn’t last long.

Visit Berlin during sunny summer months of June and August, as many outdoor cafes in the parks and gardens organise lively events. Also, if you are fond of swimming in summers, you will enjoy swimming in the clean water of the lakes.

The best weather in Berlin is from May to October. The city however, is packed during this time. So to miss the mad rush, autumn is a good time to visit. You can also avail a lot of discounts in hotels and tours for visiting in an off season period!

The famous Berlin International Festival is held during the month of February and this is when the city is at its colourful, cultural best. Also check out other important festivals of the city before fixing your itinerary, you will never regret being a part of the fiesta!
