Driving Direction to Horsley Hills

Driving Direction from Hyderabad to Horsley hills

Distance: 500 km
Driving Time: 10.00 hours

Start early from Hyderabad and move to PV Narasimha Rao Expressway, which leads to NH 7.
NH 7 is an excellent road, you will pass by Holiday Inn Restaurant on this highway where you can take a short break for a quick bite and you will find Indian Oil petrol pump and Bharat Petroleum on the left side of this road.
Continue driving on NH 7 till you reach Anantpur, which is 360 kms away, on your way you will have to stop at five tolls till you reach Anantpur.
Shift to NH 205, which will take you to Kadiri and then Madanpally, you will find several good dhabas on this road where you may halt for a quick bite or to use washrooms.
Bear in mind that NH 205 is a bit tricky road with several curves and railway crossings and narrow bridges.
After Madanpally follow the sign boards and after 20 kms you will reach Horsley Hills.
Also keep in mind that this last stretch comprises of a ghat road, which is narrow and not in a very good condition, so be careful.

Driving Direction from Bengaluru (Bangalore) to Horsley hills

Distance: 160 km
Driving Time: 3.00 hours

From Bangalore take NH 4 (Old Madras road) and drive for about 30 kms to reach Hoskote.
On reaching Hoskote you may stop by Sri Sai Sagar restaurant for some south Indian breakfast and to use clean washrooms.
Restart your journey and continue on NH 4.
Take a deviation onto SH 82 to reach Madanapalle, you may refuel your car tank here.
Head out of Madanapalle town and take NH 205.
Drive ahead for few kilometers and there will be a deviation on to the road leading up the hills aptly called the Horsley Hills Road.
Follow the sign boards to stay on Horsley Hills Road.
Drive for about 40 minutes on this road and you will reach your destination.

Driving Direction from Chennai to Horsley hills

Distance: 277 km
Driving Time: 6.00 hours

Start from Chennai and get onto Poonthamalli High road to reach NH 4.
Drive till Wallajah from where the route towards Chittoor needs to be taken.
You will find an Indian Oil petrol pump on NH 4 on the left side, just after you cross the Mosque of Madarasa Kashiful Huda.
Stay on NH 4 and you will cross Sriperumbdur and Ranipet before you turn towards Chittoor.
Take a break at Chittoor to grab a bite and refuel you car tank.
Choose from various restaurants in Chhittoor, some of the known good places to eat include Udipi restaurant, Shri Amravathi Restaurant, Hotel Ajanta and Hotel Sri Vishnu Bhavan.
Continue driving on NH 4 till Palamaner, before turning right on to NH 219, which will take you to Madanpalle.
From here, one needs to take a right turn to NH 205.
Horsley Hills is just 16 kms from here.
