Driving Direction to Panchgani

Start from Pune and take NH 4, drive on this highway and you will pass by a temple called Katraj Jain Temple.

Continue on NH 4 and follow signboards to get onto Wai-Surur Pune Road, drive for 11 kms on this road before it becomes Wai-Panchgani Road.

Follow directions on this road till you spot a signboard directing you to switch over to Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar Road, make sure to follow the direction boards and drive for about 2 kms to reach Panchgani.

Start early from Mumbai in order to avoid the rush hour and get onto Eastern Express Highway to take a right for Jeejabai Bhosle Marg and drive for about 4 kms to take a left turn towards Yaswanth Rao Chavan Marg.

From Yaswanth Rao Chavan Marg, continue your drive on the Vashi Bridge and from here make your way onto Sion-Panvel Express Highway, get your car refuelled at the HP petrol pump, just 5 kms ahead on the Sion-Panvel Express Highway, continue driving straight to get onto Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

The Mumbai-Pune Expressway has broad lanes and the road is smooth and well-maintained, on your way you will pass by Lonavala, whre you can halt to visit Ryewood Park and Shivaji Udyan, Rajmachi Point, Tungarli, Lohgad Fort or can grab a bite at any of the restaurants here offer various cuisines.

After your halt at Lonavala, get onto the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, continue driving to get onto National Highway (NH) 4, you will also pass by Khandala.

Get back onto NH 4, get onto the Wai-Surur Pune Road, drive on as this road further becomes Wai-Panchgani Road, continue driving to move onto Panchgani Mahabaleshwar Road.

Keep following the sign boards and after a few left and right turns, you will reach Panchgani.
