Driving Direction from Mumbai to Shirdi

Distance: 251 km

Start from Mumbai and carry food for the journey, as you might not spot good eateries on your way, drive out through Railway Over Bridge and get onto National Highway (NH) 3, continue on this highway for about 161 kms and you will pass by Siddhivinayak Temple, where you may halt to offer prayer and relax for some time.
From Siddhivinayak Temple, continue to follow NH 3 and take the first exit at the roundabout, which is just 2 kms ahead of the Temple, this road will lead you to NH 50.
Continue on NH 50 and you will pass by the holy city of Nashik, if time permits, halt here and visit places like Sita Gufaa, Panchavati and Jain Mandir.
You may also stop in Nashik here to grab a bite in various restaurants where you can eat and refresh yourself, you may also refuel you car tank here.
Exit Nasik and get back to NH 50 and take a left turn to get onto State Highway (SH) 39, keep driving straight and follow the direction boards and stay on SH 39.
Drive for about 46 kms to take SH 10 and follow the signboards.
Drive for a while on SH 10 to get onto Shrirampur-Shirdi Road, continue driving straight on this road and you will reach Shirdi in a short while.

Driving Direction from Pune to Shirdi

Distance: 188 km
Driving Time: 4.00 hours

From Pune take RB Motilal Kennedy Road and get onto National Highway (NH) 4, you will pass by a petrol pump after about 6 kms on this highway.
Follow the sign boards to take Pune – Nashik Highway/NH 50, you will pass by a HP petrol pump on this highway and a city called Narayangaon, you may halt for some time and visit places such as Shivneri Fort, Muktabai Temple and Narayangad Fort here.
Drive on NH 50 and follow directions to take a right onto State Highway (SH) 44, continue driving straight for approximately 30 kms, take a right turn to get onto SH 10, drive for 11 kms on this highway and look for a sign board to turn left to get onto Shrirampur-Shirdi Road, drive for a short distance and you will reach your destination - Shirdi.
