Where to Stay in Nagaland

There are a number of locations for visit and several places to stay in Nagaland. Hence, most of the cities and towns are equipped with a range of hotels within Nagaland. In the commercial capital city of Dimapur, visitors can check into the tourist lodge that is run by the state Government. Other hotels and resorts with decent pricing and amenities include Hotel Saramati, Naithu Resort to name a few.

Naithu Resort is located on the river bank and is only five minutes drive from the Dimapur Airport. Another resort where visitors can board and enjoy is Nito Tourist Resort, located 22 kms away from Dimapur in a place called Niuland. Visitors can board at the state guest house in Kiphire and Longleng. In Kohima, Hotel Japfu, Dimori Cove, Hotel Pine, Hotel Grandeur, Holiday Inn are some of the hotels worth staying. Towns such as Mon, Pherek, Phek, Tuensang, Wokha and Mokokchung are also equipped with tourist lodges run by the State Government.
