Primarily, activities in Ajmer include sightseeing. However, if you are interested in art and history, do visit the Government Museum that has a fine collection of weapons, miniature paintings and stone sculptures.
You can visit the Ana Sagar Lake, which offers boating options. You can hire pedal boats and motorboats and enjoy boating in the placid lake.
Within the city, there is no option for camel ride, but 11 kms away from Ajmer, there is Pushkar, where you can enjoy camel ride during Pushkar Fair. The fair is held in the month of October–November.
