Go scuba diving, as you explore the coral reefs in Miri. The breathtaking beauty of the marine life will fascinate you. March to September is the ideal time for scuba diving, when visibility is high. Eve's Garden, Kenyalang Rig, Siwa Reefs, Tukau Drop Off, and Santak Point are some of the popular diving sites, where you can spot beautiful corals, variety of fishes, turtles and sharks.

Trekking is one of the popular activities in Miri and you may enjoy it at Lampir Hill National Park. Trekkers, nature lovers and bird watchers head to this park to explore the beauty of the natural settings. Latak Waterfall is a must-visit site in the park.

Mountaineers head to Gunung Murud or Batu Lawi. Both the mountains are more than 2000 metre high and are located within the Kelabit Highlands area.
