The Inner Hebrides Travel Guide

The islands of the Inner Hebrides stretch from Skye in the north to Islay in the south, about 240 km in all, just off the western coast of Scotland. Although there are a number of islands, some of them almost legendary- Coll, Iona and Staffa- the four largest islands in the group are Skye, Islay, Jura and Mull.

And if you want to see Scotland at its wild, untamed best, then this is where you should come; for the Inner Hebrides are a place where time has, to some extent at least, stood still.

Lovers of Single malts rejoice! Take the whisky trail while in the Hebrides – go whisky tasting – it’s an experience of a different kind!
