All the eight SAARC nations - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, as well as Myanmar which is soon to join the SAARC congregation, will come together this March to discuss socio-economic-political problems between the countries.

Renowned scholars, intellectuals, laureates, media persons, film makers and social activists from all the SAARC countries and from Myanmar will be attending the festival.
