Many love to drink it. Some live to drink it. Others only drink it. 'Uisge beatha' - Whisky, the Water of Life.

Scots brew it best! Scotland celebrates its national drink- its great gift to the world, its most famous product and its all time big export. The spirit of the spirit is sung at the Whisky Festival at Speyside, Scotland with distillery tours, whisky nosing, gala dinners and traditional ceilidh nights.

As if imposing mountains, heather clad hills and glens, mountain streams and tranquil lochs, bagpipes and haggis weren’t enough, God gave Scotland aqua vitae, uisge beathe, the water of life- the inimitable, the incomparable, the supremely irresistible Scotch whisky.

C'mon then, gather around, pour a dram o’ whisky, raise glasses and drink a toast in words we borrow from other Gaels-
